We are a global study-abroad consultancy built for students who want to study, work, and eventually settle outside their home country.
SWS helps students and their families decide whether, where, and how to study abroad. Our work goes beyond university applications. Co-Founder & International Admissions Manager | Germany
Tammy oversees international admissions from Germany, ensuring a smooth and structured application process for every student. She provides tailored guidance based on each student’s goals, academic profile, and budget, while managing key stages from application through to post-admission readiness.
She also supports students with blocked account setup and relocation preparation, ensuring they are fully equipped for their move.

Tsitsi Mabangure
Co-Founder & Managing Consultant | Germany
Tsitsi brings first-hand experience of studying and building a career in Germany, having relocated in 2018. Her journey from scholarship student to working professional gives her practical insight into navigating both the academic and real-life transitions abroad.
She currently leads logistics operations in a fast-paced environment, managing processes and team performance. At SWS, she supports students and parents with clear, experience-based guidance, making the relocation journey structured, realistic, and achievable.
